… reasons why i shouldn’t have gotten out of bed this morning:
\n1. i had to remind myself several times last night that it was only thursday, not friday, night.
\n2. didn’t get home from seeing joanna’s play until near midnight.
\n3. i had to get up at 5:30 to come into work early — not just have the alarm go off at 5:30 and doze for another 30 minutes — actually GET UP at 5:30.
\n4. my stigmata (aka the blister on the palm of my right hand) flared up overnight and doing much of anything with that hand hurts like a bitch.
\n5. i burned my toast.
\n6. i accidentally stuck my hand in my coffee cup, drenching my sleeve, the desk, the paperwork, the keyboard…
\n7. while attempting to refill the coffee cup, sent it sprawling and dropped the coffeepot (thank god it’s a carafe-style with a screw-on lid or more than just my sleeve would be coffee-scented).
\n8. my RSI is acting up, causing uncomfortable and annoying tingles in my left hand.
\n9. i only just got paid this morning and i’m already broke.
\n10. i have a lunch date with the inappropriately angry & overly-perfumed co-workers; i don’t know how that happened and i’m not looking forward to it at all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
