    okay, in the film’s defense, it has a really good story premise (evil twist on old dragon lor) and excellent effects (the dragons were awesome), but it got ruined by a rushed conclusion and some horrible plot gaps. not to mention matthew mcconnahey(sp) snuffling in every scene like a pig digging for truffles.
    it could have been much, much better than it actually turned out.
