thank god today’s almost over. not that it was long, it went very fast. but training takes so much out of me, it’s ridiculous. you’d think sitting there watching someone do your job would be easy. it’s all that talking and explaining and making sure you catch all the errors and ensure they learn from them. i’m so ready to go home. damn, i won’t even have time for a nap before cards. bummer.

they’ve been having naps for centuries in some of the oldest civilizations in the west. these are the great nations which we base our culture on. we’re just now learning the value of such a rest on the creative and productive engergies of the individual in this new world of ours. i’m just ahead of the populace by taking naps now before they’re commonplace. or something.
yeah, you tell him! i just take naps because of my debilitating depression after working in my suck-ass-any-monkey-could-do this-job job. :)
