you know your life is dull when the only thing you’re concerned with is whether it’s better to get the calcium supplement with magnesium or without.

  1. Ha! Some magnesium is needed, it helps you absorb the calcuim. If you don’t get the magnesium in it you’ll just wind up constipated.

  8. GNC sells a calcium supplement that has magnesium and potassium with it (in the same pill). All the Strong Girlie Bones stuff you need.
    Wildly assuming you have GNC up there, obviously…

    i ended up getting a calcium/magnesium/vitamin d chewable AND an essential fatty acid supplement. now i’m taking five fucking pills a day (multi, b-complex, ginko, cal-mag and omegas 3/6/9 (am & pm)). stupid.
