six-thirty in the morning, coffee and leftover pizza in hand, i read the pretty websites. procrastination runs rampant. should be making websites for others, not gawking at ones already made. lay off, it’s saturday.
update: i got my 404 page working again! wahoo!
groovy.
spanktastic
You don’t need a “from” with “whence” – whence means “from where” – so the from is rather redundant and repetetive. ;)
you know, as i sat there, pleased with my accomplishment, i thought “i should take that “from” out because i just KNOW heather will remind me of it’s redundancy”.
bitch. =)
true, but “go back whence you came” just doesn’t sound quite right.
I think the problem is “go back” is so informal, and whence is so formal, so the two together sound, well, wrong. “Return whence you came!” might work better.
But, then, I’m just grammar bitch ;)
(Actually, the whence thing is a long story WHY it’s so drilled into my head why you can’t use from with it.)
Oh, and ya need an alt tag in there ;)
Now – feel free to go point out all the millions of mistakes on my webpage, I think I deserve it now!
