i’m seriously considering cooking thanksgiving dinner. christopher might be right about my being a crazy lady.
I have not been to Europe either. In fact, until this year, I’d not been East of Calgary, West of Naniamo, South of Anaheim or North of Prince George.
It’s been a sheltered existence.
You should totally cook turkey day dinner! And if you do you should totally brine your turkey. I tried this last year and it was mouth-wateringly good. The brine had apple cider and cloves, and the turkey smelled so amazing. It is a crazy thing to do, Thanksgiving dinner, but I find it very rewarding. Hopefully you do, too!
