you know, i could get used to four-day weekends. even after going into work yesterday (yes, on easter sunday), i find myself in a great place. the apartment is clean and tidy, i’ve a short work week ahead of me and then a week off to look forward to. i’m not even stressing about school crap (since there’s no point in stressing anymore).
today, i’m going to do a little bit of laundry and go bra-shopping. i know, i’m way too exciting for words. how was your weekend?

7 Thoughts on “too dull for words

  1. You went and gave away your award, and now it’s too, too quiet.

  2. Weekend was good! Went to the sister’s for Easter. Saw my ridiculously sweet n’ cute nephew. If he doesn’t get your biological clock going, I don’t know what will. =/

Fun fulled relaxing weekend chock full of nieces, nephews, taking delivery of a 48 inch hi def tv, endless cookies and egg shaped candy, video games, good wine, too much really to be reasonably packed into a single short weekend. I need a holiday from my holiday. yep. some quality time spent shut in with the new tv ;)

speaking of tv, am I the only one who is tempted to throw a glass through the screen at the thought of watching that mindless paris hilton goes hick show? don’t get me wrong, she’s easy on the eyes, but HOLY GOD is that chick ever annoying.

  5. I drove to South Carolina to visit my parents. Then I drove to Virginia. Then I came home and fell asleep!

my weekend was amazing! got to have some much-needed julie time, went to a birthday party for the cutest two-year-old ever, sat in the late afternoon sun drinking vanilla stoli and soda with my beau, met the boy’s dad and grandma, which was great, relaxed all day sunday, laughing and being silly, and made the bestest turkey dinner. more importantly i fell even more in love with my boyfriend and that just makes me sooo happy. i told him i was going to marry him one day and he didn’t run away.
