    That is one of my biggest pet peeves!!! It’s like a slap in the face when someone stands you up or is extremely late. To me they’re saying that you’re not worth the time to pick up a fucking phone to let you now what’s going on. I really really hate that.

    i got my attitude on this from my mother. i remember when i was thirteen or so, we were waiting for her new boyfriend to show up to take us both the brunch. after 30 minutes, she said “screw him” and we went out on our own.
    everyone gets 30 minutes. then i leave. fini.
